Requirements: Completion of the Adult and Teen Challenge program, spiritual maturity, strong work ethic, references from leadership, availability for all shifts, and preferably a valid driver’s license.
The City of Baltimore is in the top 3 for overdose rates in the country. However ATCB (Adult & Teen Challenge Baltimore) is a small residential lighthouse to the community. We are a family cultured residential home that serves up to 8 students and 7 aftercare students.
Our motto is “Getting Love Right,” not just with our students but with the community at large.
We are honored to be able spend most of our time in ministerial studies, outreach, and one one-on-one mentorship with our male students and many at-risk youth teenagers coming out of gangs, drugs, and broken homes.
We are a very unique center with a big heart and a big vision!
