Maintenance
Experience maintenance person needed to preform Building maintenance and have skills to take on expansion projects (framing, drywall, painting etc..). Have knowledge of heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical etc…, is needed. Maintain monthly maintenance schedules and develop an organized routine. On property housing is available. Compensation will be determined on experience. Will have the opportunity to mentor upper phase students during the course of the daily activities in life situations and teach maintenance skills.
