Reaching the "Not Ready"
The results from a recent national survey on substance use and mental health showed that of the 41 million people struggling with addiction, 97.5 percent didn’t receive any form of treatment. In fact, they didn’t even realize they needed help at all.
To address this serious problem, Adult & Teen Challenge launched Ready Now Recovery, a small group ministry designed to reach those “not ready” to begin the recovery journey. Led by two facilitators, group participants walk through steps to healthy recovery, using diverse curriculum materials, group discussion, and discipleship tools. Ready Now groups are hosted in both in-person and online formats in partnership with Adult & Teen Challenge centers.
