Women's Residential Staff
Apply Online! Serving as residential staff in the women’s program is an opportunity to use your unique ministry gifts to change the lives of women in addiction. You will supervise students through their daily schedule, take students to church and appointments, disciple, mentor, and nurture students, assisting with classroom assignments and promoting spiritual growth. You will work as part of a team to creatively minister to the needs of hurting women and watch God transform them and prepare them for their destiny in Him.
This live-in position provides room and board, salary, paid time off, plus growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Woman of strong Christian faith
- Passion to help the hurting
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
