North Dakota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking to hire a Men’s Program Director.  He will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Men’s program, he will be the direct supervisor of a staff of 12 and be a part of the NDATC leadership team, which gives direction to the entire ministry operation.  The applicant must have experience in working in a TC center, must have good leadership & communication skills, and work well with others.
