This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that brings hope to the city of Baltimore. Baltimore is in the top 5 in the nation for people who are addicted and all the crime that it produces. Although there is crime and addicts, the beauty and the potential of the City of Baltimore is GREAT and UNMATCHED. Our city is ripe for the harvest and the need is great. Our center is small intimate family oriented center that houses a maximum of 10 adult men.
We have the privilege to spend a lot of time with our students in prayer, Bible studies, classes, chapels, and outreaches. We only pursue work therapy at a max 2 days a week. We are in need of a Spirit-led leader to help to continue to bring our men closer to the Lord so that they experience a lifetime of freedom.

Requirements:
Life surrendered to Christ
1 Years of Teen Challenge Stuedentship and Sobriety
Must have a heart for outreach.
Must have good character references.

INTERN JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Responsibilities:
-To provide oversight of campus and student activities with vigilance and integrity
Spiritual Leadership:
-A person of maturity, demonstrating servant leadership.
-A positive example “in speech, in love, in faith and purity.” 2 Tim 4:12
-Exhibits the Fruit of the Spirit in daily living.
Key Tasks:
-Facilitate med call
-Ensure safety and security on Teen Challenge campus
-Unpack and inspect incoming student belongings
-Conduct regular student room inspections
-Accompany student body on scheduled outside events and outings
-Accompany students to appointments (MD, Dental etc.)
-Serve as main after hours point of contact for House Manager and
Executive Director
-Maintain lodging at Teen Challenge center
-Assume responsibility for shut down and lock up of buildings at night
