Direct Care/ Office

Lead Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising students. Supervise at night & assist students with online education & TC Curriculum when applicable.

Responsible for overseeing the Direct Care Workers and to ensure supervision coverage on a 24/7/365 basis.  Responsible for the daily supervision and safety of youth. The Lead Direct Care performs leadership, management, and organizational tasks to ensure that all Direct Care have the required resources to work efficiently and effectively during all shifts to provide the best care and supervision to youth-based TC values and program standards.
