Creative Coordinator

Summary: The Content Creator is responsible for developing compelling, mission-aligned content that engages our audience, tells our story, and strengthens our brand across digital platforms. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and strategy to produce high-quality written, visual, and video content that drives awareness, engagement, and action.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original content for social media, email campaigns, website, blogs, and marketing materials
- Capture and edit photos and videos for digital use (testimonies, events, promotions, behind-the-scenes)
- Write engaging captions, posts, scripts, and short-form stories aligned with brand voice
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support campaigns and initiatives
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all content channels
- Stay current on content trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and email
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
