Blessingdales Regional Manager of Thrift Stores & Boutiques
Teen Challenge of Arizona has an opening for an exciting statewide management position. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for the Blessingdales Regional Manager of Thrift Stores & Boutiques. The Regional Manager oversees all aspects of Teen Challenge of Arizona’s thrift stores and boutiques around the state. There are currently two boutiques and five stores located in the communities of Tucson, Casa Grande, and Phoenix.
Blessingdales Thrift Stores & Boutiques provide vocational training for men and women who are in Teen Challenge recovery programs, as well as employment opportunities for program graduates and caring individuals within the communities where stores are located. Blessingdales also generates revenue to help fund outreach efforts and residential recovery program for teenage girls, men, women, and women with children.
Qualified candidates must have experience in retail management and must be able to routinely travel around the state. Candidates must have compassion for those in recovery. Candidates must also be able to sincerely articulate their salvation experience and must regularly participate in services and activities of a local full gospel church.
