I just finished the short term program here in Minneapolis. Out of all the treatment programs I’ve been through this has been the only one that worked for me. The journey starts when you walk out those doors, but to anyone looking to get help: come to this place. Listen to Pastor Ron. The first week I faced some dark times and navigated dark waters in my mind and soul. Pastor Ron helped bring me out of them. Faith is an incredible tool and for me learning to grow in that faith with the help of the wonderful folks working at this facility I was able to get a new perspective on life, on myself and on my faith. I was lost before coming here and would ruminate that it would take a miracle to bring me close to anything even resembling a functioning, decent human being. Teen Challenge and the people that give of themselves to run it were that miracle. When you’re ready to get control of your life and grow and mature as a person, these are the people to come to. They set you up to succeed, they love everyone, most of them are people that went through it themselves and man I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of folks to prop me up in my darkest days.
