Ozark, MO – October 2019 – The National Office of Adult & Teen Challenge announced today that six new locations have been added to list of accredited program sites operating within North America. Steve Paulson, executive director of Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada, shares excitement for the possibilities of the emerging partnership. “The direction of Adult & Teen Challenge USA is most relevant and focused in this critical era of addiction that we live in. The message of Christ is not compromised in any way, and I believe the collaborative use of today’s technology will help us reach and disciple even more people in need.”
While ATC of Central Canada remains aligned with the North American region of the Global Teen Challenge Network, the Canadian sites will now adopt curriculum and programming standards consistent with the other sites in within the United States. The move will allow better consistency in programming, uniformity in branding, and easier sharing of resources for these sites operating just outside US boundaries.
“We are very excited to add ATC of Central Canada to our family of ministries in North America. We believe this is only the beginning as we look for additional ways to partner with Global Teen Challenge and many TC organizations around the world to bring value-added services like our new curriculum, online learning platforms and programs, state-of-the-art addiction recovery research and performance excellence standards through earned accreditation. ATC of Central Canada is an excellent organization with tremendous outcomes. The best is yet to come,” says Gary Blackard, President and CEO of Adult & Teen Challenge USA.
