Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking a highly organized, mission-minded Office Coordinator to serve as a key leader on our campus. This role blends administration, financial oversight, and ministry…supporting both daily operations and the spiritual growth of students walking through life transformation.
The Office Coordinator oversees the Campus Administrative Office and plays an essential role in fiscal management, reporting, accreditation support, and campus coordination. Just as important, this position serves alongside students as a minister…leading prayer, Bible studies, discipleship, and outreach while modeling Christ-centered leadership.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily administrative and office operations for the campus
• Oversee SNAP account for both San Antonio Men & Women programs
• Manage financial processes including deposits, reports, petty cash, and designated giving records
• Run reports using QuickBooks Online and support campus budgeting needs
• Maintain office systems, equipment, records, and supplies
• Support accreditation efforts and required reporting with TCUSA and partner organizations
• Assist the Campus Director with correspondence, meetings, and special projects
• Serve as a minister to students through prayer, Bible studies, discipleship, and outreach
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student and ministry matters
• Participate in campus events, chapels, and ministry activities

• Spiritually mature and in agreement with the mission and values of Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities well
• Experienced in office administration and financial reporting
• Comfortable working with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office
• A servant-leader with a heart for ministry and teamwork
