Program Director
Job Description/Summary:
We are hiring an Executive Director for one of our Adolescent Programs who desires to see the lives of teenagers and families changed forever through a program designed to make an impact. An Executive Director has a strong call to ministry, education, and mental health management. They should have experience in leading and working closely with families and people in trauma in a highly Christian environment. They can lead and elevate a team of 10 – 20 staff. Responsible for the operations and expansion of the local program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social sciences, social work, childhood education, business/public administration, ministerial leadership, or a related field
- Experience in Ministry is preferred but not required
- Seven years of experience in a related field, including managing finances, training, team development, and residential care ministry (preferably with teens)
- Understanding or experience in the mental health field
- Experience in developing strategies and plans
- A background check and pastoral or ministerial leader reference is required
- Experience working with individuals facing life-controlling issues and supporting their families.
