Early Childhood Teacher
First Steps Montessori Learning Center is an authentic Christian Montessori program located on the campus of Adult and Teen Challenge of Texas in San Antonio. The center serves the Women and Children’s Program and the local community. It was established by a director who has thirty years’ experience directing Montessori Schools. The center has also been awarded a four star rating with Texas Rising Star.
We are seeking a certified Montessori teacher or teacher with Montessori early childhood experience ready to take the Montessori training ( professional development assistance is available) to lead a small early childhood classroom of up to 10 students ages 3-5 years.
This is a year round program with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The position requires a minimum of a two year college degree.
The ideal candidate will have
- a passion for working with young children and a minimum of two years teaching experience.
