• Full time Female Direct Care Live-in Advisor
• Room & board with salary
• Working and ministering to Adolescent Girls 
• We presently only have housing for single staff with no dependents

Professional Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license, good driving record
• Computer skills: Word processing, Data base entry, Computer file management. Must also be willing to learn and apply new computer knowledge and skills
• Must be able to regularly and confidently drive a 15-passenger van

Personal Requirements:

• Evangelical Christian – belief and profess faith in Christ, and have a current personal relationship with Christ. Mature in your Faith.
• The fruits of the Spirit are evident in your daily life: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control
• Not easily offended and willing to progress through conflicts to successful resolutions
• Must have a tobacco and alcohol-free lifestyle. Must be free from any addiction.
• Be punctual to meetings and working shifts. Flexible when issues arise and shifts might be extended until there is resolution.
• Able to be “All In” and fully present on shift with the students, not having distractions (i.e. phone calls, personal issues etc) while working.

In addition to an online/zoom interview, visiting the campus for a onsite interview is required. We want you to get a realistic picture of what your ministry here would look like. We will pay reasonable traveling expenses. We want you to get to know us and us to get to know you to see if this is a good job fit.
