RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly greet clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while directing them to the appropriate locations.

Professionally answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff and refer to ATC centers, ensuring clear and courteous communication.

Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.

Provide essential administrative and clerical support to the team.

Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in an administrative or ministry environment preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
