Finding New Strength: PSNL 206 – Personal Leadership

Adult & Teen Challenge USA is excited to announce the release of its second study in the Finding New Strength series: PSNL 206 – Personal Leadership. It uncovers the hard truth that the most challenging person we will ever lead is ourselves. This study explores essential keys to self-leadership through the lens of Scripture. We’ll look at what personal leadership is, how to grow in awareness of our Divine design, and how we can cultivate leadership that lasts for the long haul.

You may think that learning to lead yourself is unimportant, but you couldn’t be more wrong. God created each of us on purpose and for a purpose. But we must learn to do the work of leading ourselves in order to walk fully in the purpose He created us for. We know it can be a bit terrifying to look inward at the part we play in our own story.

This study answers these questions and more! Questions like:

  • What is Personal Leadership?
  • Why is it important?
  • What is the end goal?
  • How can I grow as a leader?
  • What if I mess up?

This study will challenge us to push past our fears or pride and ask honest questions of God and ourselves.  Only when we partner with God in the work of self-leadership will we find new strength and purpose for the journey ahead. We pray that you will experience courage and freedom as you approach leadership as a journey of progress and growth over perfection and performance.

This study is available for purchase today on the Adult & Teen Challenge website.
