Adult & Teen Challenge combines Christ-centered care with shared standards, measurable impact, and responsible stewardship across a nationwide network of accredited centers.
Adult & Teen Challenge centers participate in a recurring accreditation process designed to promote quality, consistency, safety, and alignment across the network.
Centers are evaluated every three years through an online evidence review and an on-site evaluation against national standards approved by the Adult & Teen Challenge board.

The accreditation process takes at least two months and combines an online evidence review with an on-site evaluation. Local and central administration representatives submit documentation showing compliance with national standards, followed by an in-person review of additional evidence, facilities, and safety.

Centers repeat the online and on-site review process every three years to maintain alignment with Adult & Teen Challenge’s national standards.
Across 210 Adulta & Teen Challenge centers in North America, thousands of people participated in programs, completed residential care, and were reached through outreach efforts in 2025. The annual Impact Report brings those numbers together to show the scale of the ministry's work.
