Adult & Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest endeavors to combat the addiction epidemic with the Grace and Love of Jesus. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to fulfill a job, but wants to fulfill the call of Christ on their life. Our desire is to find someone who has a calling to use their gifts and talents in the area of Student Sponsorship.
Responsibilities, activities, and duties fall into and are not limited to the following areas:
Assemble data and prepare reports pertaining to the work and the overall effectiveness of the Student Sponsorship Program.
Provide oversight as required; including but not limited to students, interns and volunteers who are working within the Student Sponsorship program.
Responsible for Student Sponsorship relationships through the implementation of specific programs.
The ability to coordinate with local centers and the Shared Services Office as it relates to the Student Sponsorship program.
Provide support as needed within the Student Sponsorship program.
Availability and cooperativeness to assist in other areas of the program as required by the Executive Leadership Team.
Other related work as required.

Personal faith in Jesus Christ.
Passion toward the mission and vision of Adult & Teen Challenge PNW.
Ability to consistently communicate in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and driven to meet deadlines and objectives.
The ability to professionally multi-task.
A willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, CRM software and excellent data entry.
This position shall exercise a high degree of independent decision making and judgement in relation to the scope of duties and responsibilities.
Experience and Training:
Ministry support or similar non-profit environment is preferred but not required.
Any combination of experience and training demonstrating the ability to effectively execute the duties and responsibilities of a Student Sponsorship Specialist.
Possession of, or the ability to obtain within 30 days, a valid driver’s license.
