Description:
The program guide ministry staff will oversee daily activities with the program students. When on duty they will carry out the daily schedule to promote the smooth functioning of the residential program.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the home and daily operations within the facility.
- Assist the PD, Dean, and Lead Program Guide in compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Provide compassionate spiritual leadership to students through prayer and direct spiritual guidance.
- Cover shifts when other direct care staff are absent.
- Administer and oversee disciplinary measures and procedures that focus on fostering life transformation in each student, guided by Christian principles and values.
- Facilitate compassionate and effective communication, serving as a bridge between parents and the program with a spirit of Christian care and understanding.
- Maintain weekly Mentor meetings and parent communication for all assigned students.
- Maintain and document student’s progress, meetings, and communication with parents.
- Report facility maintenance needs to PD.
- Coordinate student passes and enter plans into the pass document.
- Maintain student information on SOBER PEER.
- Administer medications to students.
- Other duties as assigned as necessary for the benefit and completion of ministry programming.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License
- All applicants will be background-checked.
- Mature and Godly character.
- TC Graduates must have been out of Teen Challenge for at least 12 months.
- Amiable to the Assembly of God doctrine.
- In full agreement with the Teen Challenge Mission Statement.
- Must be a person of good character whose integrity is above reproach.
- Staff must be a person of stable, sound judgment, and possess spiritual qualities such as patience, needed to work with residents from various family backgrounds.
