Program Director
Mercy House is a thriving healthy ministry with 60+ students. Our mission is RESTORING BROKEN FAMILIES ONE MAN AT A TIME. We have a beautiful campus in central Mississippi and we provide a great working environment for our staff. The Program Director works with the Executive Director to oversee all the daily operations of our main campus and also our different industries we have to create income. Applicant needs to be able to lead staff members and make sound ministry and business decisions on a daily basis. We also provide opportunities for our staff to pursue ministry credentials and other training opportunities.
Qualifications:
Leadership-level experience working with men, preferably in an addiction recovery context.
B.A./B.S. degree in theology, sociology, counseling, or business desirable – experience may substitute.
Leadership and business related experience needed.
Ministerial credentials are desirable.
Must be a mature Christian with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
