Home of Hope Center Director
Teen Challenge of Arizona is looking for a qualified and experienced leader to fill the exciting role of Center Director for the Home of Hope, located in Casa Grande AZ. Home of Hope has a 12-15 month residential recovery and discipleship program for women and women with children. The Center Director oversees all aspects of this high-impact ministry including staff development, program operations, donor development, events and public presentations, and oversight of state-licensed childcare center.
The Home of Hope was established in 2003 and has a very good reputation in Casa Grande, around Arizona, and across the nation within the greater Teen Challenge network. It is one of five residential centers in the Teen Challenge of Arizona family of ministries.
Qualifications
Leadership-level experience working with women, preferably in an addiction recovery context.
Must have a fingerprint clearance card.
B.A./B.S. degree in theology, sociology, counseling, or business desirable – experience may substitute.
Ministerial credentials are desirable.
Childcare experience is desirable.
Must be a mature Christian with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
