Serving as in TCMI is an opportunity to use your unique ministry gifts to change the lives of women with life controlling problem. Interns will serve to creatively minister to the needs of hurting women with her personal way of living, as a role model & watch God transforms their lives and developed their unique destiny for the purpose of God.
TCMI students work with staff in monitoring the students in all shifts and over the weekends. They ensure the schedule is followed in a safe efficient manner. While doing this they have opportunity and are expected to get to know the students as individuals and build meaningful relationships with them.
It is about facilitating a safe focused environment where ministry can happen. Interns often have the most interaction with the students in many ways and must be people who have a heart for mentoring women, by example first, but also with Godly encouragement and accountability.
