Application & Contract Terms ### Application & Contract Terms By submitting the online application/contract to reserve exhibit space or secure sponsorships, applicants agree to abide by the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, which are part of the application/contract. Any changes to the terms must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties. Exhibition Schedule & Commitment ### Exhibition Schedule & Commitment • Setup: Exhibitor setup is scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. • Exhibit Duration: Exhibits must remain intact while the Exhibit Hall is open. • Teardown: Exhibits can be dismantled starting Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. Fees & Payment Deadlines ### Fees & Payment Deadlines Once the application/contract is accepted by Adult & Teen Challenge USA, all remaining fees must be paid in full by Friday, April 3, 2026. Admissions Policy ### Admissions Policy Adult & Teen Challenge USA reserves the right to deny exhibit space to any applicant for any reason. If, after acceptance, it is determined that an exhibit conflicts with the principles of Adult & Teen Challenge USA, harms its reputation, or is not beneficial to attendees, the organization may revoke the exhibit space. In such cases, fees paid will be refunded. However, if the denial is due to the exhibitor’s failure to comply with contract terms, it will be treated as a cancellation by the exhibitor. Exhibit Space Agreement ### Exhibit Space Agreement Exhibitors may request up to four preferred booth locations. Space will be assigned first to primary sponsors, followed by other exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Adult & Teen Challenge USA reserves the right to adjust booth assignments or modify the floor plan as needed. Exhibit Name Badges ### Exhibit Name Badges Each booth includes up to two exhibitor name badges. Badges must be worn during setup and all exhibition hours. Exhibitor registration grants access to the Exhibit Hall, general sessions, and seminars. Decorator Rules & Regulations ### Decorator Rules & Regulations Exhibitors must adhere to the rules of the official conference decorator, as outlined in the service kit. Where union labor is required, exhibitors must comply with union regulations. Adult & Teen Challenge USA is not responsible for decorator or facility personnel or for ensuring promised services/utilities are available. Visitor Policy ### Visitor Policy The Adult & Teen Challenge USA conference is not open to the public. Admission to the exhibition area is controlled by Adult & Teen Challenge USA and is subject to its rules and discretion. Shipping & Delivery ### Shipping & Delivery Exhibitors must arrange shipment and delivery as outlined in the service kit provided by GES, the official conference decorator. Direct shipments to the show site are allowed on the move-in date, and the facility’s loading dock may be used at no additional charge. Additional fees may apply for shipments sent to the show site outside designated times. Exclusions ### Exclusions Firms or organizations not assigned space in the exhibit area will be prohibited from exhibiting or soliciting business within the conference areas. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the exhibit hall at any time. Exhibit Space Condition ### Exhibit Space Condition Exhibitors are responsible for returning all facility property in its original condition. Any damages may result in charges from the facility. Security ### Security Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their property. While Adult & Teen Challenge USA arranges for facility security during exhibition hours, neither the organization nor the facility is liable for theft or damage. On-Site Sales & Orders ### On-Site Sales & Orders Exhibitors conducting on-site sales or taking orders must comply with all applicable state and local requirements, including permits, business licenses, and sales tax regulations. Sponsorship Disclaimer ### Sponsorship Disclaimer Adult & Teen Challenge USA reserves the right to display or announce multiple company or organization names and logos at sponsored events. Insurance Requirements ### Insurance Requirements Exhibitors must secure their own insurance, as neither Adult & Teen Challenge USA nor the venue provides coverage for exhibitor property or liability. Exhibitors must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000, naming the Arizona Grand Resort and Adult & Teen Challenge USA as additional insureds. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request. Conference Cancellation or Termination ### Conference Cancellation or Termination The Adult & Teen Challenge USA conference is not open to the public.
